We are two young and dynamic adventurers from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, who are inspired by success stories, good people, and faith. Our goal is to do just the same from our end and generate fresh ideas and motivation to our fans.
We decided to spend the holidays somewhere randomly. Somewhere far away from family and friends, in a place that could offer the trip of a lifetime. And we certainly did hit the spot. Literally. We picked a destination by taking a leap of faith and throwing a dart blindfolded at a world map, with a double purpose: 1. to go wherever the dart hits and 2. wherever we are going, we'll have to create an opportunity for that land or for the people living there. The dart landed between the North Pole and Svalbard, a place with 2,500 humans and 3,000 polar bears, and where we quickly came to find there is darkness 24 hours/day in this time of year.
But that's not all. Despite all the challenges, we are both committed to do this trip, since there is more to it than fun. We are also committed to help save our new friends. We both adopted a polar bear each (yes, that's possible!), through the World Wildlife Fund program. Our donations will go towards protecting the imperiled animals, which are estimated to be losing two-thirds of their population over the next 50 years. (** UPDATE: Fundraiser is now closed)
Because we thought that is still not enough we decided to take a step further and create a fundraising campaign, from which we hope to generate more money for WWF. Five dollars from every package we sell will go to help the polar bears. The goal is to give $5 to every polar bear in the world, and there are about 20,000! The good news is, everybody who gets their paws on a package will get great stuff in return! Check the packages below!

Sorin Mihailovici
Sorin is the creator of the mega-popular Scam Detector app, a smartphone application downloaded and used in over 80 countries all over the world (www.scam-detector.com). He is a graduate of two faculties: Journalism in Bucharest, Romania, and MacEwan University- Major in Motion Image - Edmonton, Alberta. A media marketing guru, Sorin has been wearing many cool hats, such as producer, director, journalist, reporter, publisher, and designer.Life has taken Sorin to 40 different countries - of which mostly he's seen for free. He met and interviewed many personalities, such as Muhammad Ali, Ron Wood, Marion Jones, Nadia Comaneci, and Lennox Lewis. Sorin is also an awarded movie producer, his film 419: the Nigerian Scam being internationally acclaimed in 2008, when premiered at the West Hollywood International Film Festival. The production also won the Best movie award at the Rappahannock Independent Film festival (Virginia) in September 2008.

Five dollars from every package sold will go towards a different polar bear in the world (** UPDATE: Fundraising is now closed). The more expensive the packages are, the more will go to the bears. However, if you buy a package, regardless of the price, not only you'll get your "goodies" but also own a little polar on this page. We will have this special page for you and our sponsors, and hopefully will fill it up, symbolically, with all 20,000 polar bears left worldwide at this point.
